Gabble On exists because I’m not a very good student. I didn’t have the patience for flashcards or quizzes in high school and I only have less patience now.

But that doesn’t mean I’ve given up on backpacking around the world and chatting merrily with locals along the way.

So linguistic scholars be damned, Gabble On is my way of learning. If you’ve ever browsed through a bilingual magazine on an international flight or if you’ve ever bought a foreign book you couldn’t quite read, this might be your way too. Heck, if you like to procrastinate by reading articles online, we have plenty in common too.
